PikoBuy QC photos: a practical inspection checklist
A warehouse photo can help you check what arrived before you decide whether to keep, return or ship an item. Start with the order record and seller listing, then compare the received item with the exact colour, size, model and quantity you chose. A photo is evidence of visible features, not proof of authenticity, material composition or durability.
Match the order
Keep the listing, selected options, size chart and order number together. Compare the label, packaging and overall shape with your saved references. If a seller offers several versions, check the distinguishing detail rather than assuming the largest image represents the option you purchased. Ask a specific question when an image does not show the relevant area.
Inspect by category
For shoes, compare both shoes, soles, stitching and the size label. For hoodies and jackets, inspect seams, print placement, zippers and any visible damage. For accessories, check closures, included parts and the finish. A photograph may conceal construction or functional faults; do not infer authenticity from a logo or packaging.
Measure and document
Ask for a ruler or tape beside the measurement you need, and note where the measurement starts and ends. Compare chest width, length or insole measurements with an item that fits you; a size label alone is not a reliable fit guarantee. Save the photo, date and order reference so you can explain any mismatch.
Decide before shipping
If the item appears different or damaged, document the issue and check the current seller and platform return conditions while it remains at the warehouse. Eligibility, deadlines and costs can vary. Ask support about an unresolved issue before accepting or submitting the parcel; an international shipment may make a return harder.
Plan the parcel
After deciding to keep the item, check packed weight, dimensions, destination, route restrictions and packaging needs. A low item price does not include every shipping or import cost. Recheck the live estimate and terms before payment, and do not treat any estimate as a guaranteed final cost or delivery date.
Continue researching
Use the product categories to compare listings, read the shipping guide for parcel planning, and confirm current terms before ordering.
